Joan Risdon:
Joan founded Absolute Graphics, Inc., in 1994 with a desire to offer clients cutting-edge design and highly personalized customer service. Her 25 years of experience in graphic design makes her uniquely qualified to manage all phases of the design process. Joan works closely with clients, designers, and printers to ensure the final project hits the mark, both in the look and the clarity of message to the target audience.

Since joining the team in 2008, I have learned new skills in the development of branding as well as management of projects.
It is my responsibility to not only educate a client on our process, but to be there for them throughout the process.
I have a desire to help people and in this position I am in constant communication with the client,
while being able to work closely with the designer to express the clients needs and goals.
I have over 14 years of customer service with corporate training in management. It is not only my job, but my passion to be a step on the road to our clients success.

Brian has worked as a software developer since 1999. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he used his skills to write software for
engineering departments at large companies such as Honeywell Engines and Freightliner Trucks.
As his career in these companies progressed, he focused less on highly technical engineering problems and more on widely distributed systems.
As an employee of Absolute Graphics, Brian's focus is on creating standards-based websites that are search engine friendly and
integrated with eCommerce functionality in either PHP or ASP.NET.
Brian also specializes in user interface development using AJAX and Flash technologies when appropriate.

Debbie has worked in the accounting industry for over 20 years. She has been able to develop a diverse set of skills from accounting,
to insurance, to contracts, to overseeing and training new employees. Debbie worked 12 for Torrent Resources, a local drilling organization.
As Torrent Resources grew, Debbie grew in her skill set and obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
She left the corporate arena in 2006 to devote more time to her family and to work with selected clients performing accounting services.
In 2000 she helped plant the Vineyard Church at Anthem. She has served in multiple areas of leadership and is currently the Children's Ministry Director.
She started out in children's ministry 15 years ago. Although she participated in various ministries in the church, children's ministry is where her heart is.
Debbie married Denver, her childhood sweetheart and boy next door, in 1977. She is a mother of one and a grandmother of one. She considers her family her first ministry.
Debbie started working for Absolute Graphics in January 2008. It was an opportunity to work with a long time friend and be part of an exciting and creative group dynamic.
Debbie is responsible for all of the accounting for AGI and US4U. This includes payables, receivables, payroll and completes financial and tax reporting for Joan Risdon.
